After breakfast, we’ll venture into the magical Istrian hilltop towns of Grožnjan and Motovun. Walk the ancient cobblestone streets, meet local artists, and explore the town’s quaint cafes. Then, get ready for a private forest truffle hunt with a local guide and his trained truffle hunting dogs! We’ll end our adventure with a cooking demo with traditional truffle specialties for lunch before heading back for a little relaxation before dinner.

We set off at noon to Kozlovic Winery in Momjan Vale. A guided tasting lasting 2 hours will present 5 wines from the vineyards Vale and Santa Lucia. Some of the wines can be tasted exclusively in the winery. The wines will be accompanied by 5 specially created small dishes based on the tradition of the Istrian region, from cold appetizers to desserts.

Leisure Day
Explore the town’s ancient streets, art, and architecture, including the Basilica of St. Euphemia, and stunning, 3,000-year-old monuments. Wind down your day with a sunset stroll through Rovinj's Old Town to a six-course dinner with wine pairings at Michelin Star Restaurant, Monte.

Today, we will taste our way around Chiavalon, Istria’s most famous olive oil farm, followed by lunch at the Meneghetti Estate, a gorgeous property with vineyards and olive groves. After lunch at the Estate, we will venture back for a leisurely afternoon.

After three days of local adventures, today is your chance to relax by the pool or on the beach, or explore Istria’s scenery on your own. You have the option to book spa services or additional excursions.

After breakfast, we’ll journey into the historic town of Pula before we explore Kamenjak National Park. Make your way through Safari Bar or find your perfect cliffside spot and lounge, swim to caves in the clear blue Adriatic, or for the adventurer cliff dive for the ultimate thrill.

The official currency in Croatia is the Kuna (1 kuna = 100 lipa). With Croatia's entrance to the EU, many Croatian businesses are beginning to express their prices in Euros and Kuna, though Euros are not yet widely accepted. Foreign currency can be exchanged at post offices, banks, and exchange offices.
