Depart Rovinj for a special wine tasting at Meneghetti Estate. You will enjoy six wines accompanied by six curated bites. Walk the estate grounds before heading to Pula for a self-guided tour of the Pula Amphitheater.

After breakfast, drive the five-hour scenic coastal route to Zadar, your halfway point to Dalmatia. On the way, take the ferry to the island of Pag where some of the best cheese in Croatia is made.
Arrive in Zadar and check in to your hotel. Once you are settled, stroll to the sea organ, where 35 underwater pipes stretch across 70 meters; make the perfect sound while you sit and watch the sunset.

Wake up and enjoy a coffee before your guided local food tour. You will taste local food and beverages with a local guide while touring the picturesque city and the well-preserved ruins of Zadar.

After your tour, drive the 1.5 hours along the Adriatic Sea to Split or a 4-hour drive to Dubrovnik.
