October 23
After breakfast, we’ll venture into the magical Istrian hilltop towns of Grožnjan and Motovun. Walk the ancient cobblestone streets, meet local artists, and explore the town’s quaint cafes. Then, get ready for a private forest truffle hunt with a local guide and his trained truffle hunting dogs! We’ll end our adventure with a cooking demo with traditional truffle specialties for lunch before heading back for a little relaxation before dinner.

October 24
We set off at noon to Kozlovic Winery in Momjan Vale. A guided tasting lasting 2 hours will present 5 wines from the vineyards Vale and Santa Lucia. Some of the wines can be tasted exclusively in the winery. The wines will be accompanied by 5 specially created small dishes based on the tradition of the Istrian region, from cold appetizers to desserts.

Today, we will explore the historic sites of Pula and then taste our way around Chiavalon, Istria’s most famous olive oil farm.

After three days of local adventures in Croatia, today you travel to Florence. A driver will pick you up at your hotel in Rovinj at, a time to be determined. Settle into your Florence accommodation by early evening and grab dinner at a local restaurant.

Day Trip to the magical town of Lucca where you will have your own private guide but first, make a stop along the way to Pisa and see its famous leaning tower. We will walk along the city centre starting from Vittorio Emanuele square till Miracle Square. During this itinerary we will pass by different modern and ancient districts (Sant’Antonio and Santa Maria) and we will enjoy the best views of the Arno river.

Today you will day trip to beautiful Bologna where you will go on a culinary adventure. You will taste test for the best tortellini en brodo, balsamic vinegar, and parmesan.

The official currency in Croatia is the Kuna (1 kuna = 100 lipa).
