7 am
Wake up to views of the Adriatic, sip coffee by the pool, and enjoy a healthy breakfast.
8 am
Morning Pilates class taught by Jennie Brooks. You’ll also have the option to add personal training sessions throughout the week.
10:30 am
Experience Istria with guided excursions, including wine tastings, truffle hunting, and cooking demos.
12 pm
Enjoy a local lunch in one of the nearby towns or at the Villa.
5 pm
Go for a dip the pool, meditate on our private beach, or relax in the sauna and hot tub.
7:30 pm
Enjoy Istrian snacks at the Villa or head into town for a local dinner. Join Jennie for a glass of wine in the outdoor kitchen as you wind down for the day.
Day One
Saturday, June 9
Welcome to Croatia! Meet your private chauffeur at San Marco Polo Airport at 2pm and head towards Istria. Settle into your new home for the week, a five-star Villa privately situated on one of Istria’s most beautiful landscapes. Relax by the pool before Jennie’s late afternoon stretch class, a rejuvenating flow to ease your body after a day of travel. Wind down with sunset drinks and a gourmet Istrian dinner at the Villa.
Day two
Sunday, June 10
After breakfast, we’ll venture into the magical Istrian hilltop towns of Grožnjan and Motovun. Walk the ancient cobblestone streets, meet local artists, and explore the town’s quaint cafes. Then, get ready for a private forest truffle hunt with a local guide and his trained truffle hunting dogs! We’ll end our adventure with a cooking demo with traditional truffle specialities for lunch before heading back to the Villa for an evening relaxation.
Attire: Comfortable walking shoes/sneakers, light clothes and hat/cap
Day three
Monday, June 11
Tighten and tone with Jennie’s morning Pilates ABA (Abs, Buns, Arms) class. Breakfast will be prepared in the villa before we embark to Rovinj. Explore the town’s ancient streets, art, and architecture, including the Basilica of St. Euphemia, and stunning, 3,000-year-old monuments. Wind down your day with a stroll through Rovinj's Old Town and seaside dinner at La Puntalina.
Attire: Outdoor semi casual dinner attire. Rubber sole shoes. No flip flops.
Day four
Tuesday, June 12
You can’t beat the classics. Get your body moving and energized with Jennie’s early morning Classical Moves Pilates Class. After a light breakfast, we’ll taste our way around Chiavalon, Istria’s most famous olive oil farm, and the Meneghetti Estate, a gorgeous property with vineyards and olive groves. We’ll have lunch at the Estate before venturing back to the Villa for a leisurely afternoon followed by dinner.
Attire: Casual light clothing that can transition to a nice lunch. Anything you would wear to a casual outdoor party in Charleston.
Day five
Wednesday, June 13
Start your day strong with Pilates Core Conditioning Class at the Villa. You also have the option to book an exclusive Personal Training Session with Jennie (up to 2 people). After three days of local adventures, today is your chance to relax by the pool or on the beach, or explore Istria’s scenery on your own.
Day six
Thursday, June 14
Heat things up with Jennie’s morning Pilates class. After breakfast we’ll journey into the historic town of Pula. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the villa before we meet for dinner together at Monte, Rovinj’s Michelin Star restaurant.
Attire: Casual attire and rubber sole walking shoes. Semi formal dinner attire. Ladies, avoid stiletto heels. Dinner is located in the pedestrian zone of Rovinj and we will take a cobble stone street uphill to get there.
Day seven
Friday, June 15
Join Jennie for your final morning Classical Moves class. You also have the option to book an exclusive Personal Training Session (up to 2 people) today. Relax by the pool, explore the nearby towns, or go for a peaceful walk on the Villa’s gorgeous grounds.
Day eight
Saturday, June 16
Departure day. Farewell until we meet again!

How do I get there?
By Ferry
Istria is right across the Adriatic Sea from Northern Italy and ferries run daily between Venice and Istria. The best port to travel to is Porec. Transportation will be provided from the Ferry to the Villa.
By Plane
There is a private airport near the Villa in Vrsar. For commercial flights, you can fly into Pula (45 minutes from Villa) or Zagreb (3 hours from Villa) and transportation will be provided for you to the Villa.
By Car
We are happy to arrange transportation from Venice or Trieste, Italy to the Villa. Venice is approximately a three hour trip and Trieste is approximately 90 minutes. This trip will take you through the beautiful countryside of Slovenia.
Although you are responsible for your flight, we are happy to assist you in this process. We have taken many routes to get to Croatia and we are available if you have questions on what option is best for you.
